After a two hour and fourteen minute match today, American Coco Vandeweghe outlasted fellow American Ahsha Rolle at the Tennis Channel Open in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Vandeweghe defeated Rolle 7-6, 6-3, 6-4. Rolle served eight aces, but virtually eliminated them with seven double faults.
Earlier in the week at this same tournament, Venezuelan Milagros Sequera was eliminated in the first round. Sequera was defeated by Tatjana Malek of Germany 6-3, 6-4.
